To our Medicare patients,

We wanted to keep you up to date on some recent changes happening at our clinic.

We have been in a evaluation period with our contract renewal for participating in Medicare. The paperwork has all been completed and submitted and we were told it would take 90 days for a determination.

Unfortunately, our 90 days has come and gone and we still have no decision. The message from Medicare is that they are working diligently on our paperwork.

We have been unable to get any more information so at this time we wanted to inform you that if you have a more urgent medical need you will need to seek care elsewhere until we hear back from CMS.
